TURNKEY

DUPLIPARK^® offers a complete turnkey service ranging from executing feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, fabrication, installation, commissioning to training and operation. In some cases we also offer financing.

MODULAR

The DUPLIPARK^® car park system is based on a modular design. Modules (including the composite decking) are prefabricated in our factory while the installation and final touches are performed onsite. Although our structures are modular, each car park is ultimately customized to the client's needs. This modular prefabricated technique allows for a faster, phased, expandable and demountable product.

FAST INSTALLATION

The prefabricated modular nature of the DUPLIPARK^® system makes installation of the structure extremely fast compared to that of conventional concrete structures. Other contributing factors are the various systems, procedures, resources, tools and project management experience that are deployed to execute the project in a timely fashion.

SUPER FAST INSTALLATION

For more time sensitive projects, DUPLIPARK^® is able to deploy its most advanced structures and speed enhancing procedures as well as additional resources to erect the car park even more rapidly. For a small additional cost, DUPLIPARK^® is capable of installing a car park in as little as one day!

PHASED INSTALLATION

An expedient factor of the DUPLIPARK^® system is that the assembly of a car park utilizes a small area. Moreover, once an area is built, work commences to a new area while the installed area including the erected level can be fully utilized again.

Another notable aspect of the phased utility of the DUPLIPARK^® system is the ability to add parking levels to any of its car parks at a later stage of development, as and when needed.

EXPANDABLE

The DUPLIPARK^® modular design allows the car park to be economically and easily expanded at any stage of the lifetime of the project. In addition, the multi-utilization nature of the DUPLIPARK^® system allows expandability to other uses such as offices, retail space and coffee shops, to name a few.

DEMOUNTABLE

The DUPLIPARK^® modular design permits the car park to be demounted at any later stage. The whole system can then be reused at another location if and when needed. This feature makes building a car park more feasible and immediate.

WATER PROOF & DURABLE

The DUPLIPARK^® system steel structure is hot dip galvanized and painted, while its flooring is made of surface treated composite concrete slabs. This makes the structure fully water proof and more durable than a standard building structure.

FOUNDATIONLESS

A DUPLIPARK^® structure's base plates evenly distribute the load whilst the patented adjustable footing allows modifying the height of the column for any area. This is the cornerstone of the DUPLIPARK^® system concept. Moreover, if only a single floor is required, our system can be laid directly on an asphalted area.

LARGELY VENTILATED

The DUPLIPARK^® system adheres to the Eurocode for largely ventilated steel structures. This means that the system can meet firefighting codes in most countries without having to install a cumbersome firefighting system.

CUSTOMIZED ATTRACTIVE FACADE

DUPLIPARK^® system offers a large variety of facades to suit every client and environment. From the modern to the more traditional, DUPLIPARK^® system designs, fabricates and installs facades that use composite panels, bricks, concrete, steel mesh, aluminum gratings, vegetal panels and advertising boards.
